JNN has added Dwight Fraser one of, if not the foremost basketball and netball sports commentator in the Caribbean to its team.

Began his sports broadcasting career at sport globe newspaper and quickly moved up the ranks to presenter/ producer at KLAS sports radio

The former lead commentator/presenter for Sports Max TV and certified basketball coach in the Caribbean has also played a pivotal role in the development of Jamaica’s special Olympics basketball program.

Fraser who recently wrapped up coverage of the two test netball series between Jamaica and Australia and Jamaica and New Zealand produced a couple of the sport most memorable calls during his insightful analysis for JNN and sister stations TVJ SN, TVJ and HITZ 92 FM.

He has moved beyond the fine play-by-play to anchoring the sports package in JNN's flagship news package Newsnight at 9.
